Heat 2 tablespoon sugar and water and form caramel
Pour it onto cashews and allow to cool
Pulse in food processor and set aside.
Pulse the unibic orange milk cookies into coarse powder.
Add cocoa powder, sugar and pulse.
Add the cashew caramel mix and half of the condensed milk and mix
Remove and add the remaining condensed milk.
Line a pan with butter paper and add the batter and smoothen with spoon
Cool in refrigerator for 15 min
Remove and cut into squares.
Garnish with cashews ( optional)
